What we collect
Your email address, a hashed password, optional business name and tone preference, and the review text you submit for a reply. We do not collect your Google, Facebook, Yelp or any review-platform login details. We do not want them — please don't share them.
How we use it
To generate your reply and to manage your account. We send the review text to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response and do not use it to train models.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@reviewreplyai.net.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. UK GDPR applies.
