1. Subscription Plans & Billing
AI Review Responder offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: No charge. Limited to 10 AI-generated responses per month (25 responses during the first 14 days of account creation).
- Starter Plan: £9.99 per month. Includes 50 AI-generated responses per month.
- Pro Plan: £19.99 per month. Includes unlimited AI-generated responses.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or PayPal, depending on your selected payment method. Charges occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
2. Free Trial Period
All new users receive access to the Free Plan, which includes 25 AI-generated responses during the first 14 days of account creation, and 10 responses per month thereafter. This trial period allows you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required to use the Free Plan.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not completely satisfied with your paid subscription (Starter or Pro plan), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and is limited to one refund per customer.
To request a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, contact us at support@reviewreplyai.net with your account email address and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refund Policy After 30 Days
After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not available for subscription payments already processed. As a digital service that provides immediate access to AI-generated content, we are unable to "return" the value you have received.
However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly, such as duplicate charges or charges after cancellation.
- Service unavailability: If technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period during your billing cycle.
- Unauthorized transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization.
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above or that appear to abuse this policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through:

- PayPal payments: Cancel directly through your PayPal account under "Automatic Payments" or contact us for assistance.
Upon cancellation, your paid subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free Plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed.
6. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, or from a paid plan to Free, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades.
7. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. However, in exceptional circumstances involving extended service outages or significant technical failures that prevent normal service use, we may provide pro-rated credits or refunds at our sole discretion.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@reviewreplyai.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
